First Visit & Blood Tests
- Urine pregnancy test to confirm pregnancy
- Pulse, blood pressure, and weight check
- CBC, thyroid profile, fasting & postprandial blood sugar
- Blood group, Vitamin D, VDRL, HIV, anti-HCV, HBsAg
- Ultrasound to confirm heartbeat
- Folic acid, multivitamins, and anti-nausea medicines
High-Risk Pregnancy
- Diabetes in pregnancy (gestational diabetes)
- Hypertension and pre-eclampsia management
- Thyroid disorders during pregnancy
- Twin and multiple pregnancies
- History of miscarriage or previous complications
Specialist Tests & Scans
- Dual Marker blood test at 11–13 weeks
- Fetal anomaly ultrasound at 11–13 weeks
- Dual Marker test again at 18–22 weeks
- Fetal anomaly ultrasound at 18–22 weeks
- Monthly check-ups with repeat blood tests as scheduled
Postnatal Care
- Mother and newborn check-up after delivery
- Breastfeeding guidance
- Post-delivery recovery monitoring
- Contraception counselling after delivery

Your Journey with Us
First Visit
Full history, blood tests, early ultrasound, and supplement prescription. We assess any risk factors early.
Regular Monitoring
Scheduled check-ups track BP, weight, baby's growth, and your overall wellbeing throughout all three trimesters.
Birth Plan
From 32 weeks, we discuss your delivery preferences, hospital registration, and warning signs to watch for.
Delivery & After
Supervised delivery followed by postnatal check-ups for you and your newborn, including breastfeeding support.
