Who is the online consultation for?
It is for patients who cannot come to the clinic. This includes people from Jorhat, Dibrugarh, Silchar, and other areas. It is also good for follow-up questions or a second opinion.
How does it work after I book?
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive a WhatsApp message with Dr. Mazumdar's personal WhatsApp number. You can then send your query, describe your concern, and attach any relevant reports or scans directly to the doctor.
What should I send?
Please describe your concern in a few sentences. Include your age and any relevant health history. Attach photos of test results, prescriptions, or scans if you have them.
Is the consultation private?
Yes. All WhatsApp consultations are completely private. Your information will not be shared with anyone.
Can this replace an in-person visit?
For many questions and follow-ups, yes. But some conditions need a physical check. In those cases, we will ask you to come to the clinic.
How do I pay?
Payment is made online while booking your slot. Secure online payment is accepted during the booking process. Once payment is received, your slot is confirmed and you will receive the doctor's WhatsApp contact.
